Your wedding should absolutely represent YOU! From your color theme, music, food, drinks, design and decor! Monogramming is one of the best ways to personalize your wedding.
This June wedding at St. Stephens Episcopal Church and The Country Club of Virginia, James River, was full of personalization. There was something for everyone! The bride’s handkerchief had the date and initials sown in the themed baby blue; the ring bearer had a custom needle pointed pillow which he would deliver the ring upon; the groom and his groomsmen had custom monogrammed cummerbund’s; bridesmaids were gifted personalized clutches; and guests enjoyed drinking from personalized cups. There’s more… a gold imprinted library bound guest book was placed in the foyer of the ballroom for guest to sign, monogrammed bean bag sacks in coordinating colors were on the lawn for guests to enjoy playing a friendly match of corn hole, and a delicately frosted monogrammed initial was on the center 2nd tier of the wedding cake. One of my favorite ideas was the note each guest would leave for the newlyweds which they would open on their first anniversary! The creativeness and genuine thoughtfulness that went into designing this personalized wedding is a great inspiration for any bride!
